3. The free audit

The audit offered through this site is provided free of charge and creates no obligation on either side. Requesting an audit does not form a service contract. Any paid engagement is agreed separately in writing (including scope, pricing and terms) before work begins.

4. No guarantee of results

Pinterest is an organic, third-party platform. While we apply proven methods, we cannot and do not guarantee specific traffic volumes, rankings, sales, or timelines. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including Pinterest's own algorithms and policies and the nature of your products.

• Ensure you have the right to use any materials (images, text, product data) you share with us.
• Comply with Pinterest's terms and applicable law in connection with any activity we perform on your behalf.

The content, design, branding and logos on this website are owned by IBAN s. r. o. and may not be copied or reused without permission. For paid engagements, ownership of deliverables (such as the pins and boards created for you) is addressed in the separate service agreement; unless stated otherwise, your Pinterest account and its content remain yours.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.
